Suspected cheating at UB

Over the past few weeks there have been some investigations by some 2+2ers of allegations of a superuser account. I'm sure most of you are aware of the recent Absolute cheating scandal where an insider had a 'superuser account' allowing them to see other people's hole cards. The person involved was stoopid enough to make it very obvious and data was leaked from Absolute starting off a witch hunt. There is now a similar story brewing at Ultimate Bet (UB). This time involving cash games players.

I think the 2+2 forums have some of the most intelligent people around. With the collaboration of so many clever minds, figuring out if this is true or not is only a matter of time. If it turns out to be true then who knows how many people have access to these kinds of accounts or software. The clever cheaters will be making a decent living from this, flying just under the radar to avoid suspicion but it only takes one idiot with a little too much greed to let the cat out of the bag.

I really do hope this turns out to not be true as it will damage the reputation of online poker for years to come and at a time where online poker is at its most fragile.
